Remove outdated mentions of runtime support of Python 3.7 (#3896)

Remove mentions of runtime support of Python 3.7

Runtime support of Python 3.7 was removed in
b4dca26c7d93f930bbd5a7b552807370b60d4298 but a few mentions of it being
supported have remained until now.
